My lifelong addiction to pimiento cheese has just become impossible to kick, thanks to Miss Bonnie. Bonnie Edelman is known to us as “the cheese lady”. A local foodie phenom, she dutifully delivers a handsome supply of her charming jars of Miss Bonnie’s Gourmet every Friday for our clients and staff to sample. The original flavor of Miss Bonnie’s Gourmet Pimiento Cheese won me over as the best I had ever had since my super-fabulous grandmother-inlaw’s (luv ya Gan!) But when Bonnie broke out the subtly hot Jalapeno flavor; creamy, savory and delightfully twangy with a hint of heat, I became all in for life. Now with the new cheddar blend, Miss Bonnie is the first non-fashion product to make Roan’s lovethenew list. Congratulations to Bonnie on all her recent accolades and success.
